Gas-kookplaat MPM KN-03/1K wit werkblad 60 cm

The MPM KN-03/1K White Countertop 60 cm is a compact gas hob designed for installation on kitchen worktops. It features three cooking zones with graduated power levels — a 900 W simmer zone, a 1900 W regular zone and a 2400 W large zone — that together deliver a total connected load of 5200 W for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The hob has rotary controls located at the front for intuitive operation and is finished in white to blend with light-coloured kitchen surfaces. Its external dimensions (570 mm width, 300 mm depth, 100 mm height) and lightweight construction make it suitable for smaller kitchens, apartments or as a secondary cooking surface.

Advantages

The three-zone layout provides a range of heat options from gentle simmering to high-power cooking, allowing efficient use of fuel and cookware of different sizes. Front-mounted rotary controls offer direct and accessible adjustment of flame intensity while maintaining a simple and durable control mechanism. The compact footprint and modest weight make the unit easy to handle during installation and suitable for countertop placement without requiring a large cut-out. A white finish supports integration with a variety of kitchen designs where a neutral appearance is preferred.

Suitable for

• Small kitchens, studio apartments and holiday homes

• Cooking tasks requiring a range of heat levels (simmering, regular boiling, high heat)

Select the appropriate cooking zone for the pan size to ensure even heating and efficient fuel use. Turn the control to the off position after cooking and verify that the flame is extinguished.

Recommendations

For safe and efficient operation, regularly check gas connections and burners for leaks or blockages. Use cookware with a base size matched to each cooking zone to improve heat transfer and reduce fuel consumption. Ensure adequate kitchen ventilation when the hob is in use and keep flammable materials away from the burners. Periodically clean the surface and burner components according to the manufacturer's maintenance guidance to maintain performance and longevity.
