Gazonverticutermachine Einhell GE-SA 1435

The Lawn Scarifier Einhell GE-SA 1435 is a compact electric scarifier designed for maintenance of small to medium-sized lawns. It is driven by a 1400 W motor and provides a 35 cm working width, making it suitable for areas up to approximately 330 m². The machine combines scarifying action with a 28 L collection box that collects moss, thatch and other debris during operation. The scarifier runs from standard 230 V AC mains and features a compact footprint for straightforward handling and storage.

Advantages

The electric drive delivers consistent power for scarifying and removing moss and thatch without the need for petrol or battery charging. The 35 cm working width balances efficient coverage with easy maneuverability in tighter lawn spaces. A generous 28 L collection box reduces interruptions by holding debris during use. The lightweight construction and compact dimensions make the unit easy to transport, position and store.

Suitable for

• Home lawns up to about 330 m²
• Removal of moss and lawn thatch
• Regular seasonal scarifying and aeration preparation
• Gardens and small green areas around residential properties

Key specifications

• Rated power: 1400 W electric motor
• Working width: 35 cm
• Collection capacity: 28 L
• Supply voltage: 230 V AC
• Net weight: 12.5 kg

How to use

Before use, ensure the scarifier is connected to a suitable 230 V power source and that the collection box is correctly mounted. Operate the machine at a steady walking pace, passing over the lawn in overlapping rows to ensure even scarifying. Adjust working speed and number of passes according to lawn condition; for heavily moss-infested areas, multiple passes at a slightly slower pace can improve removal. After finishing, switch off and unplug the machine, then empty the collection box and remove collected material from the rotor area as needed. Follow local disposal regulations for organic garden waste.

Recommendations

The scarifier is designed for seasonal lawn care: perform scarifying in spring or autumn when grass is actively growing and soil moisture is moderate. Avoid scarifying during drought or immediately after heavy rain. Regular light scarifying helps maintain healthy turf structure and supports effective overseeding and fertilization.
