Oplaadkabel Green Cell EVKABGC03 — Type 2, 5 m, 11 kW, voor elektrische voertuigen

The Green Cell EVKABGC03 Type 2 5m charging cable is designed for charging electric vehicles from home or public AC charging stations. With a 5-metre length and Type 2 connectors at both ends, the cable enables convenient connection to compatible vehicles and charging points. It supports single-phase charging up to 11 kW at 16 A, combining practical reach with a compact, lightweight design for everyday use.

Advantages

The cable offers reliable AC charging with standard Type 2 compatibility, enabling broad interoperability across many electric cars and public chargers. Its 5 m length provides flexibility in positioning the vehicle relative to the charge point while keeping handling comfortable due to the cable's low weight. The construction focuses on durability and ease of use for repeated daily connections and transportation.

Suitable for

• Home charging from a compatible wallbox or socketed AC charger
• Public AC charging stations with Type 2 sockets
• EV owners who need a portable, mid-length charging cable for regular use
• Charging where single-phase 16 A and up to 11 kW power is available

Key specifications

• Connector type: Type 2 at both ends
• Cable length: 5 metres
• Maximum power: 11 kW
• Maximum current: 16 A
• Phase: single-phase AC charging
• Weight: approximately 2 kg

How to use

Before connecting, ensure the charging point and the vehicle accept Type 2 connectors and that the available supply supports up to 16 A. Park the vehicle close enough to the charger so the 5 m cable can reach comfortably without strain. Insert the connector firmly into the vehicle inlet and the charging station socket until it clicks. Start the charging session according to the charger or vehicle interface. After charging, stop the session, unlock the connector if required, and remove the cable, storing it coiled to avoid sharp bends.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for outdoor and indoor AC charging in normal weather conditions; avoid exposure to extreme heat, prolonged moisture, or mechanical damage. Regularly inspect connectors and the sheath for wear or damage, and replace the cable if any insulation or connector integrity is compromised. Use with compatible Type 2 charge points and follow vehicle and charger manufacturer safety instructions.
