KLAU kabelschoen 104R6 25 mm² M6 elektrolytisch vertind

Where generic lugs compromise on wall thickness and material purity, the KLAU 104R6 compression cable lug delivers uncompromising German engineering. Precision-formed from high-conductivity electrolytic copper (E-Cu), it ensures a secure, low-resistance connection for 25 mm² conductors. The electro-tinned surface provides excellent corrosion resistance, even in harsh environments, while the closed barrel with inspection hole allows for confident crimping and visual verification. Compliant with DIN 46235, this lug guarantees dimensional accuracy and performance across a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C.

Highlights

In daily use

Whether you're wiring a control cabinet, switchgear, or industrial machinery, the KLAU 104R6 delivers dependable, long-term performance. Its M6 bolt hole fits standard studs, and the standard barrel length accommodates stranded, fine-stranded, and solid copper conductors. The electro-tinned finish not only enhances conductivity but also protects against oxidation, reducing maintenance needs over time. The inspection hole is a practical feature that lets you confirm the conductor is fully seated before applying the crimp, preventing costly rework.
