How to use

Hold the Havit MG1508 comfortably in your hand and place the appropriate massage head on the target area. Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to switch the device on or off. Use short presses to cycle through the five intensity levels until you reach the desired vibration strength. Apply the massager to each area for brief sessions; the device will automatically shut off after 10 minutes. Recharge the unit via the USB-C port when battery is low. For trigger points and joints, select the bullet or U-shape head and use lower intensity; for larger muscle groups choose the ball or flat head and increase intensity as needed.

Recommendations

Use short, controlled sessions and avoid applying excessive pressure. Do not use the massager on open wounds, swollen or inflamed areas, or where sensation is impaired. Keep the device away from water and charge only with compatible USB-C power sources. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have implanted electronic medical devices, consult a healthcare professional before use.
