HDMI-kabel ShiverPeaks BS30-041005 100 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS30-041005 100 m Black HDMI cable is a long-reach HDMI Type A lead with male connectors on both ends designed for high-definition video and audio transmission over extended runs. With a data throughput of 17.819 Gbit/s and gold-plated contacts, the cable is intended to provide consistent signal transfer for displays, projectors and AV equipment where a 100 m length is required. The black outer jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for residential and professional installations.

Advantages

The cable supports a high data transfer rate of 17.819 Gbit/s, reducing the risk of bandwidth-related signal degradation for supported resolutions and refresh rates. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance at connector interfaces. A 100 m continuous length eliminates the need for intermediate couplers in many long-run scenarios, and the standard HDMI Type A connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of displays, media players and AV devices.

Suitable for

• Long-distance HDMI connections between source devices and displays or projectors
• Permanent or semi-permanent AV installations in auditoriums, conference rooms and classrooms
• Home theater layouts where cable routing requires extended length
• Temporary event setups where a single long cable run is preferable to multiple extenders

Key specifications

• Cable length: 100 m
• Connector type: HDMI Type A (male) on both ends
• Data transfer rate: 17.819 Gbit/s
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male connector to the HDMI output of your source device and the other to the HDMI input of your display or projector. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain a reliable contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; where possible, use cable ties or trunking to secure the run and reduce strain on connectors. If running the cable for permanent installation, leave service loops near connection points to allow for future adjustments.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the HDMI cable parallel to high-voltage power lines for long distances and keep bend radius above the manufacturer's minimum to prevent internal damage. Test the full signal chain after installation to confirm the chosen resolution and refresh rate are supported by both source and display. For distances near 100 m, verify compatibility with your specific devices and consider active or signal-boosting solutions if signal loss or handshake issues occur.
