HDMI-naar-USB Type-C-converter Lindy 43423 met USB-stroomingang, 0,2 m kabel, HDMI + USB-C-aansluitingen

The Lindy HDMI to USB Type-C Converter (model 43423) converts an HDMI source signal into a USB Type-C video input and includes a separate USB Type-C power input for stable operation. The compact adapter features a 0.2 m attached cable with HDMI connector and a USB-C connector for the display, and is supplied with a 1 m USB-A to USB-C power cable and user manual. Certified to CE, FCC, RoHS and REACH standards, the adapter supports resolutions up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz and 2-channel audio, making it suitable for connecting PCs, media players or Blu-ray players to modern USB-C equipped monitors, digital signage and large format displays.

Advantages

The converter enables HDMI-equipped devices to deliver 4K UHD video to USB Type-C displays using DisplayPort Alternate Mode, while requiring only an external USB power input for reliable signal conversion. Its lightweight 29 g construction and short 0.2 m cable length make it easy to carry and position in tight spaces or portable setups. Plug & play operation removes the need for drivers, and the included USB-A to USB-C power cable simplifies powering the converter in environments where the display does not provide sufficient USB-C power.

Suitable for

• Connecting a laptop, PC or media player with HDMI output to a USB-C monitor or portable display
• Delivering 4K video content to digital signage panels and LFDs
• Portable presentations with projectors or portable screens that accept USB-C input
• Educational and collaborative workspaces requiring HDMI source devices to feed USB-C displays

How to use

Connect the HDMI source device to the converter's HDMI cable, then plug the converter's USB Type-C connector into the display's USB-C input that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. If the display does not provide sufficient power over USB-C, connect the supplied USB-A to USB-C power cable to a USB-A power source and the converter's USB-C power input to ensure stable operation. The adapter is plug & play; once connected, set the source device's display output to the appropriate resolution and refresh rate (up to 3840 x 2160@60Hz) if required.

Recommendations

Use a reliable USB-A power source rated for USB peripheral powering when external power is required, avoid tight cable bends near the 0.2 m attached cable to preserve cable integrity, and verify that the target display supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB-C for video input compatibility.
