HellermannTyton HWPP30 spiraalslang kabelmanagement, zwart polypropyleen, 30 mm max. bundel, halogeenvrij, UL94 HB, -60 tot 110 °C 161-64501

In industrial control panels and automotive wiring harnesses, technicians need a fast, reliable way to bundle and protect cables without dismantling connectors. The HellermannTyton HWPP30 spiral wrap slides over existing cable runs, keeping wires organized and shielded from abrasion. Its black polypropylene construction withstands temperatures from -60 to 110 °C, making it suitable for both engine compartments and cold storage facilities.

Why choose it

This spiral wrap offers high flexibility and impact strength, ensuring long-term durability even in demanding environments. Its halogen-free composition reduces toxic smoke in case of fire, and the wrap can be easily removed or repositioned for maintenance. The 30 mm bundle capacity covers a wide range of cable diameters, from thin sensor wires to medium power looms.

Ideal use cases

• Organizing cables in control cabinets and machinery
• Protecting automotive wiring from heat and abrasion
• Bundling wires in HVAC systems and appliances
• Managing cables in robotics and automation cells

Good to know

The HWPP30 is supplied as a continuous spiral that can be cut to length. For outdoor applications, consider additional UV protection or periodic inspection, as polypropylene has moderate UV resistance. It is not recommended for use with continuous flexing cables.
