This translucent pink document box is designed to organise A4 and smaller papers, keeping personal documents, business letters and school materials neat and protected. Made of durable polypropylene, the folder is open at the top and measures 26 cm wide and 35 cm high, with an expandable depth up to 7 cm to accommodate varying contents while remaining compact for backpacks and bags.

Advantages

The Herma 19482 folder combines a sturdy polypropylene construction that resists moisture, dirt and bending with a translucent finish that makes contents easy to identify. Its expandable depth allows you to store bulky items without deforming the folder, and the wipe-clean surface simplifies maintenance. How to use

Slide A4 or smaller documents into the open top of the folder and adjust the internal depth to fit the thickness of the contents. Place flat files, notebooks or loose papers neatly inside and close the bag by keeping it upright in a bag or on a shelf. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove dirt or spills.

Recommendations

Use the folder for everyday document organisation and transport; avoid placing hot objects directly on the polypropylene surface and do not store sharp items that could puncture or cut the material.
