Heteluchtfriteuse Severin FR 2453 Double 3,25 L 2850 W zwart zilver

The Severin FR 2453 Double hot air fryer combines two cooking chambers in a compact countertop unit, offering a total capacity of 3.25 liters and a rated power of 2850 W. Finished in black and silver with touch controls, this appliance is designed to prepare foods with significantly less oil than traditional frying methods while maintaining crisp results. The twin-basket layout supports independent cooking zones so different dishes can be prepared simultaneously or one large portion can be cooked across both chambers. The unit’s 1.3 kg maximum food capacity makes it suitable for small families and casual entertaining.

Advantages

The dual-chamber design enables simultaneous cooking of different items at separate temperatures and times, saving time and reducing the need for multiple appliances. High power output ensures rapid preheating and consistent hot air circulation for even browning and crisp texture. Touch controls offer an intuitive interface for selecting temperature and time settings, and the black-silver finish provides a neutral appearance that fits most kitchens. The air fryer design reduces oil usage while still delivering fried-like results.

How to use

Preheat the fryer briefly if required, add a light coating of oil to food if desired, and load items evenly into the baskets without overfilling to ensure proper airflow. Monitor progress through any viewing windows or by briefly pausing the cycle to check doneness. After cooking, allow components to cool before removing food and cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overcrowding the baskets and shake or turn food halfway through cooking to promote even browning. Use moderate amounts of oil sprayed or brushed on food for crisp textures while keeping overall oil usage low. Clean baskets and removable trays after each use according to the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions to maintain performance and hygiene.
