For consistent audio performance, keep the charging contacts on both earphones and inside the case clean and dry. Avoid extended exposure to moisture and high temperatures. If experiencing connection interruptions, ensure the paired device’s Bluetooth is updated and that there are no large obstacles between the device and the earphones.
