HP Poly 3 jaar Poly+ Small/Mid Room Kit inclusief Studio USB-videobar, GC8 touch-controller, ondersteuning voor Camera Controls App, pc meegeleverd

Equip your huddle room or small conference space with the HP Poly Studio Room Kit, a complete video conferencing solution that brings enterprise-grade collaboration to teams of up to 10 participants. The kit pairs a 4K USB video bar with an 8-inch touch controller and a dedicated room PC, all covered by a 3-year Poly+ service plan. In a typical morning stand-up, a product team gathers around the table, taps the controller to join their Microsoft Teams Rooms meeting, and the video bar automatically frames everyone in sharp 4K while its beamforming microphones capture voices from across the room.

Why choose it

The Poly Studio Room Kit eliminates the complexity of piecing together a video conferencing system. The included room PC is pre-configured for your chosen platform, so IT can deploy it quickly. Poly's Acoustic Clarity technology ensures that voices remain clear even in glass-walled rooms, while the 4K camera's intelligent framing keeps remote participants engaged. The 3-year Poly+ service provides peace of mind with expedited hardware replacement, minimizing downtime for critical meeting spaces.

Ideal use cases

• Huddle rooms and small meeting rooms (up to 10 people) in corporate offices
• Remote team collaboration with Microsoft Teams or Zoom
• Executive briefing rooms requiring simple, one-touch meeting starts
• Organizations standardizing on a consistent, managed video conferencing experience

Good to know

The kit includes all necessary cables and mounting hardware: a wall mount for the video bar and a table stand for the touch controller. The room PC runs Windows 10 IoT Enterprise, a locked-down OS designed for dedicated appliances. Note that the Poly+ service is tied to the hardware and includes advanced replacement; terms and conditions apply. For rooms larger than medium size, consider the Poly Studio X series or additional expansion microphones.
