How to use

Install the Canon MAXIFY GX1040 EB2 on a stable surface near a network connection or Wi‑Fi coverage. Load A4 paper into the main tray according to the user guide, connect the printer to the office network or a single workstation, and install the provided or downloadable drivers. During setup, fill the visible refillable tanks with the recommended ink bottles and verify ink level indicators. Send print jobs from standard office applications; the printer accepts common file formats and handles everyday document sizes and weights.

Recommendations

For consistent print quality and long-term reliability, use compatible refill inks recommended for the refillable tank system, maintain paper in a dry environment, and follow regular firmware and driver updates. For heavy daily volumes, monitor ink levels and keep spare ink bottles to avoid interruptions.
