IP66 waterdichte aansluitdoos ALLNET ALL-CAM2496-LEFN voor buitencamera-installaties

ALLNET ALL-CAM2496-LEFN is an IP66 waterproof junction box designed for outdoor camera installations. It provides a durable enclosure for cable connections and mounting hardware, helping to prevent moisture and dust ingress while keeping connections organized and accessible. The enclosure is intended to support reliable operation of surveillance cameras in exposed environments by protecting terminations and connection points from weather and contaminants.

Advantages

The IP66 rating ensures strong protection against heavy rain and dust, making the box suitable for most outdoor conditions. Its internal space allows secure mounting of cable connectors and extra room for junctions or small accessories. The enclosure is constructed from weather-resistant materials and includes a sealing gasket to maintain a watertight barrier. Cable entry points and mounting features support tidy cable management and reduce strain on terminations.

Suitable for

• Outdoor surveillance camera installations
• Protected junctions for PoE and power cabling
• Cable termination and splicing in exposed locations
• Mounting small accessories such as surge protectors or connectors

Key specifications

• Protection class: IP66 for dust-tight and heavy water ingress resistance
• Material: weather-resistant housing suitable for outdoor use
• Internal volume: space for connectors, terminations and small accessories
• Seal: integrated gasket for watertight closure
• Mounting: provisions for secure attachment to walls or camera mounts
• Cable management: entry points and internal room for organized routing

How to use

Position the junction box where it will shelter cable connections and provide convenient access for maintenance. Route camera and power cables through the designated entry points, place connectors and terminations inside the enclosure, and secure any small accessories as required. Close the lid and tighten fasteners to compress the gasket and achieve the IP66 seal. Verify that cables are strain-relieved and that all entry points are properly sealed to maintain weather protection.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, install the junction box in a location that avoids direct pooling of water and periodically inspect seals and fasteners. Use appropriate cable glands or sealant for any non-standard cable sizes and ensure proper strain relief on heavier cables to prevent stress on terminations.
