How to use

Place the box grater on a stable surface or over a bowl to collect grated food. Select the desired side or adjust the V-blade setting before starting. Hold the handle or top edge securely with one hand and move the food item along the chosen blade with even pressure, keeping fingers clear of the cutting area. For best results with harder foods, use steady strokes and reposition the food as it decreases in size. After use, rinse off residue immediately and wash according to the manufacturer’s guidance to maintain blade performance.

Recommendations

To prolong blade life and ensure consistent performance, avoid grating frozen foods and use moderate pressure rather than forceful scraping. Clean the grater soon after use, and store it dry in a safe place to prevent damage to the cutting edges.
