How to use

Fit the appropriate accessory for the task—dough hook for yeast doughs, dough roller and knife for kneading, whisk for creams and batters. Place ingredients in the 7 L stainless bowl or the 3.5 L whisking bowl as required, secure the attachment and select a suitable speed. The motor feedback system will adapt speed under load; monitor the bowl and adjust speed manually if needed. Use the proving lid when carrying out long fermentation steps in the bowl. Clean removable parts according to the manufacturer’s guidance after each use.

Recommendations

For best results with heavy doughs, add ingredients gradually and allow the motor to adapt; avoid overfilling the bowl beyond recommended batch volumes. Use the separate Tritan whisking bowl and balloon whisk for light, aerated mixtures to achieve optimal whisking performance. Regularly inspect and clean attachments after use to maintain performance and longevity.
