How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and insert the 3 x AAA batteries provided. Switch the unit on, wait for the display to zero, and select the required measurement unit (g, oz, ml, fl.oz). Place the bowl or ingredient on the glass platform. Use the Add & Weigh (tare) function to reset the display to zero when adding additional ingredients. For liquid measurement, select the appropriate liquid unit and pour into a suitable container placed on the platform.

Recommendations

To ensure accurate and long-lasting performance, avoid exposing the glass platform to heavy impacts, clean with a soft damp cloth, do not immerse the scale in water, and store in a dry place. Use only the specified AAA batteries and replace them promptly when the display indicates low battery.
