Keycaps GLORIOUS GPBT Basics — PBT-toetsenkapjesset, DE-ISO-indeling, zwart

GLORIOUS GPBT Basics — PBT keycap set in black for DE ISO layout provides a straightforward replacement for compatible mechanical keyboards. Made from durable PBT material, this keycap set is intended to maintain a consistent texture and resist shine from long-term use. The set is tailored to the German ISO layout, offering proper key sizes and stabilizer compatibility for a correct fit on supported keyboards.

Advantages

The PBT construction offers increased resistance to wear and oil from fingers compared with standard ABS keycaps, helping to preserve texture and appearance. The black color provides a neutral, low-contrast aesthetic suitable for many setups. The DE ISO configuration ensures that the larger Enter key and additional keys specific to the German layout are correctly positioned. Uniform profile and consistent surface finish promote predictable typing feel across the set.

Suitable for

• Mechanical keyboards using a German (DE) ISO layout
• Users seeking durable, low-shine keycaps for typing or gaming
• Keyboard refurbishment or aesthetic refresh projects

Key specifications

• Material: PBT (polybutylene terephthalate)
• Layout compatibility: DE ISO
• Color: black
• Suitable for: mechanical switch stems (standard MX-style)
• Profile: uniform profile across keys

How to use

Remove the original keycaps from the keyboard using a keycap puller, taking care with stabilizers on larger keys. Align each GPBT Basics keycap with the corresponding switch stem and press down firmly until it seats. Reinstall stabilizers where required and check that larger keys such as Enter and Shift move freely without binding. Work methodically to ensure each keycap is placed in its correct DE ISO position.

Recommendations

Before installation, verify that your keyboard supports DE ISO keycap sets and MX-compatible switch stems. Clean switches and stabilizers if necessary to ensure optimal fit and sound. To prolong appearance, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and clean keycaps with a soft cloth and mild detergent if required.
