Keychron C2 Pro 8K toetsenbord universeel USB QWERTY US International grijs

The Keychron C2 Pro 8K is a wired full-size (100%) mechanical keyboard designed for universal use. It provides a QWERTY US International layout, a USB connection, RGB backlighting and a grey finish. Built with PBT OSA-profile double-shot keycaps, hot-swappable MX-style switch support and QMK compatibility, the keyboard targets users who need reliable typing performance, customization and low-latency input.

Advantages

The C2 Pro 8K offers an adjustable polling rate up to 8000 Hz for ultra-low latency, QMK firmware and Keychron Launcher support for extensive key remapping and macro programming, and south-facing RGB LEDs that work well with non-shine-through PBT keycaps. Sound-absorbing and EPDM foams improve acoustics and key feel, while the Keychron Super switches are rated for up to 50 million actuations. Its hot-swap PCB accepts most 3-pin and 5-pin MX-style switches for easy customization, and three adjustable typing angles with OSA-profile keycaps provide ergonomic support.

How to use

Connect the keyboard to a computer using the included USB cable. Use the system toggle and the provided keycaps to switch between Windows and macOS layouts if needed. Install or open the Keychron Launcher web app on macOS, Windows or Linux to remap keys, assign macros and create different keymaps. To change switches, remove keycaps and pull out the switch from the hot-swap socket, then insert a compatible 3-pin or 5-pin MX-style switch; no soldering is required. Adjust the typing angle using the three built-in feet to find a comfortable position.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, set the polling rate according to your use: higher rates (up to 8000 Hz) for competitive gaming and lower rates for general office use to reduce power consumption. Use PBT keycaps and ensure south-facing RGB is selected if installing non-shine-through keycaps. Regularly clean keycaps and switches and consult the Keychron Launcher for firmware updates and custom keymap backups.
