Kinder-wassermat Ravensburger Little Artist veelkleurig

The Ravensburger Little Artist Multicolour children's water drawing mat is a reusable activity mat designed for children aged 2 and up. The mat uses water-filled pens to reveal multicolour patterns on the drawing surface, enabling early artistic exploration without inks, paints or permanent markers. Lightweight and portable, the mat is suitable for indoor and outdoor play and is easy to wipe dry and store between uses.

Advantages

The mat provides a mess-free drawing experience that eliminates stains and drying time associated with traditional art materials. Its water-activated surface restores to blank after drying, allowing repeated use and extended creative play. The product is made with child-safe materials and has a large drawing area scaled for small hands. Because it requires only water, no consumable inks or paints are necessary, reducing ongoing costs and waste.

Suitable for

• Early childhood creative play and motor skill development
• Travel and quiet activities at home, daycare or preschool
• Outdoor play where conventional drawing supplies are impractical
• Introducing colour recognition and hand-eye coordination

Key specifications

• Intended age range: from 2 years and older
• Drawing surface: water-activated multicolour panel
• Includes: reusable mat and water pen(s)
• Cleaning: surface air-dries back to blank for reuse
• Use environment: suitable for indoor and outdoor use
• Portability: lightweight and foldable for storage and travel

How to use

Fill the included water pen with clean water, securely close the cap and use the pen tip to draw on the mat surface. As water touches the drawing panel, multicolour patterns appear and remain visible until the mat dries. After use, leave the mat flat to air-dry; once fully dry the surface returns to its blank state and is ready for fresh drawings. Store the mat rolled or folded as space allows, and keep the water pen capped when not in use to prevent leakage.

Recommendations

Use only clean water in the pen and avoid adding paints or other liquids. Supervise children under 36 months during play. Store the mat away from direct heat sources and sharp objects to preserve the drawing surface. If the surface becomes dirty, wipe gently with a damp cloth and let dry completely before next use.
