Kleefstripset Samsung GH82-22124A voor Galaxy S20 (G980) – onderdelen voor het verlijmen van beeldscherm en frame

Set of adhesives Samsung GH82-22124A designed for Galaxy S20 (G980). This kit contains the specific adhesive components needed to bond the display assembly to the frame and to secure other contact points around the housing during repair or reassembly. Intended for use by trained technicians and experienced DIY users, the adhesives help achieve accurate alignment, reliable adhesion and improved sealing of the device after screen replacement or body repair.

Advantages

The adhesive set is formulated to match the original Samsung assembly requirements for the Galaxy S20, providing consistent thickness and adhesion properties that facilitate tight seams and uniform pressure distribution. Using model-specific adhesives reduces the risk of gaps, dust ingress and weakened bonds compared with generic tapes. Components are supplied in pre-cut shapes and lengths that correspond to the display and frame mating surfaces, which simplifies placement and shortens repair time.

Suitable for

• Replacing or reinstalling the Galaxy S20 (G980) display assembly
• Repairing frame or housing around the screen area
• Restoring device water resistance and dust protection after repair
• Professional service centers and experienced home repair users

Key specifications

• Compatibility: Samsung Galaxy S20 (model G980)
• Includes adhesive strips and pads designed for display-to-frame bonding
• Pre-cut shapes matched to display and frame contours
• Material: pressure-sensitive adhesive with carrier tape (engineered for mobile device repairs)
• Temperature tolerance suitable for typical repair and curing conditions
• Sold as a complete set for one device repair

How to use

Prepare the device by powering off and removing the battery or disconnecting the battery connector where applicable. Clean the mating surfaces thoroughly to remove old adhesive residues, dust and oils, using isopropyl alcohol and lint-free wipes. Dry the surfaces completely before applying the new adhesive components. Peel each pre-cut adhesive piece from its carrier liner and align it carefully with the corresponding display or frame location; press firmly to ensure full contact. After installing the adhesive, reposition the display assembly and apply even pressure along the edges to complete the bond. Allow any recommended dwell time for the adhesive to set before powering on the device or applying mechanical stress.

Recommendations

Use manufacturer-recommended cleaning agents and tools, work in a dust-free environment, and follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions. Do not stretch or fold adhesive strips during placement. If water resistance is critical, verify seals and consider performing a professional water-seal test after reassembly.
