Kleurpotloden Faber-Castell Goldfaber Aqua 24 stuks

Faber-Castell Goldfaber Aqua 24 pcs are water-soluble colored pencils that deliver soft, intense colour laydown and high colour brilliance for both dry and wet techniques. The set contains 24 vibrant shades with fully water-soluble leads manufactured to high production standards and offering good lightfastness. These pencils work as conventional colour pencils and, when activated with water, produce smooth watercolor effects and blends.

Advantages

The Goldfaber Aqua pencils combine the control of coloured pencils with the blending qualities of watercolours. Their soft leads provide even colour application and easy layering, while the fully water-soluble formulation allows for seamless transitions and washes when used with a wet brush. The pigments are designed for reliable colour payoff and the set includes a broad palette of 24 tones suitable for sketches, illustrations and mixed-media work.

How to use

Use the pencils as standard coloured pencils for drawing and layering on dry paper. For watercolour effects, apply colour to the paper and then activate with a wet brush to blend and create washes. Vary water amount and brush strokes to control hardness of edges and the intensity of washes. Allow layers to dry between applications for additional glazing and depth.

Recommendations

Use heavier-weight or watercolour paper when applying wet techniques to prevent buckling. Test colour mixing and water amounts on a scrap before working on final pieces. Sharpen gently to avoid lead breakage and store pencils horizontally to maintain even colour laydown.
