Koelsysteem-aansluitstuk BitsPower BP-DG14AALPI messing zilver 20×20×41 mm

BitsPower BP-DG14AALPI brass silver 20×20×41 mm is a compact fitting designed for custom PC liquid-cooling systems. Manufactured from brass with a silver nickel finish, this fitting combines corrosion resistance and dimensional stability to maintain reliable coolant flow and connection integrity in tight layouts. Its small footprint and concealed O-ring design allow neat installations in component-mounted assemblies or multi-block loops.

Advantages

The brass construction offers thermal stability and resistance to corrosion while the high-quality nickel silver finish provides additional surface protection and a uniform appearance. The hidden O-ring design reduces the chance of visible leaks and ensures a clean external profile. Optimized for Hi-Flow performance, the fitting supports high coolant throughput with minimal restriction and is RoHS compliant for material safety.

Suitable for

• Custom PC liquid-cooling loops with compact or dense component arrangements
• Direct connections between waterblocks, radiators, pumps, and reservoirs
• Cross-fire or multi-GPU cooling configurations requiring compact fittings
• Retrofit or new builds where a silver-colored metallic finish is desired

Key specifications

• Material: Brass with nickel silver finish
• Finish: Silver shining nickel plating
• Design: Hi-Flow profile with hidden O-ring sealing
• Dimensions: 20 × 20 × 41 mm (external footprint)
• Adjustable pipe engagement range: approximately 22–31 mm
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Install the fitting by inserting the tubing or rigid pipe to the specified engagement depth and ensure the hidden O-ring seats correctly to form a watertight seal. Tighten any mating compression or threaded parts according to the cooling-loop component instructions to avoid over-torquing. Position the fitting so the flow direction and clearance match surrounding components, verifying no kinks or stresses on tubing. After assembly, perform a pressure or leak test with the pump off or using a leak tester before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use compatible tubing or hardpipe with the recommended engagement length (22–31 mm) and avoid excessive bending near the fitting. Periodically inspect connections during maintenance intervals for signs of wear or seal degradation, and replace O-rings if any deterioration is observed. When combining with different metal components, consider corrosion inhibitors in the coolant to protect mixed-metal assemblies.
