La Sportiva Aequilibrium LT GTX herenbergschoenen - Lime Punch/Carbon - EU 44.5

The La Sportiva Aequilibrium LT GTX redefines lightweight mountaineering footwear, merging the agility of a trekking boot with the technical precision of a semi-crampon compatible mountaineering boot. Its Double Heel™ geometry and Vibram® SpringLug Tech outsole deliver a smoother, more controlled stride on steep terrain, while the GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining keeps feet dry through glacier crossings and sudden showers. The HoneyComb Guard™ upper resists abrasion from rock and ice, and the PU midsole with Rubber Guard™ shell provides the stiffness needed for via ferrata and demanding alpine routes—without the weight penalty of traditional boots.

Highlights

• GORE-TEX Performance Comfort waterproof/breathable membrane
• Vibram® SpringLug Tech outsole with Impact Brake System™ and Double Heel™ for enhanced braking and rolling
• Semi-automatic crampon compatibility (B2) for technical mountaineering
• HoneyComb Guard™ abrasion-resistant upper reinforcements
• Ergonomic La Sportiva footbed for all-day comfort
• Traditional lacing with hooks and loops for a secure, adjustable fit

In daily use

On approach trails, the Aequilibrium LT GTX feels light and nimble, with a rockered sole that encourages an efficient gait. When the route steepens, the stiffened midsole and protective rubber rand provide confidence on edges and scree. The GORE-TEX lining manages moisture effectively, preventing overheating during high-output climbs while blocking external water. The semi-crampon heel accepts compatible C2 crampons, making the transition from hiking to glacier travel seamless. The Double Heel™ design noticeably improves downhill braking, reducing fatigue on long descents.
