La Sportiva TX5 Evo Mid GTX dameswandelschoenen Carbon/Redwood EU 38

The La Sportiva TX5 Evo Mid GTX stands apart from typical hiking boots by combining a nubuck leather upper with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort membrane, delivering waterproof protection without sacrificing breathability. The carbon and redwood colourway adds a distinctive look, while the mid-cut design supports the ankle on uneven terrain. A Vibram MegaGrip outsole with Impact Brake System ensures confident grip on both ascents and descents, making this boot a reliable choice for day hikes and multi-day treks.

Highlights

• GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining keeps feet dry in wet conditions while allowing moisture to escape.
• Vibram MegaGrip outsole with Impact Brake System provides superior traction on rock, mud, and loose ground.
• Nubuck leather upper with protective rubber rand and toe cap resists abrasion and extends durability.
• Compression-moulded EVA midsole with TPU stabiliser offers cushioning and torsional rigidity for technical trails.
• Ortholite Hybrid Approach 4mm footbed delivers long-lasting comfort and reduces fatigue on long hikes.

In daily use

On the trail, the TX5 Evo Mid GTX feels stable and responsive. The 8 mm heel-to-toe drop encourages a natural stride, while the 3 mm lug depth balances grip and weight. The traditional lacing system allows a personalised fit, and the standard medium volume accommodates most foot shapes. Whether crossing streams or scrambling over boulders, the waterproof membrane and sticky rubber outsole work together to keep you moving confidently.
