Unbox the laptop and connect the power adapter before first use to ensure the battery is charged. Complete the initial Windows setup, create or sign into your user account and install system updates. Use the 144Hz display by selecting the appropriate refresh rate in the display settings and ensure graphics drivers are up to date for optimal performance. Store large files on the internal 512GB SSD or connect external storage if additional capacity is required. For gaming, adjust in-game graphics settings to match performance expectations while monitoring thermals during extended sessions.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, keep ventilation areas clear and use the laptop on a hard, flat surface. Regularly update system drivers and Windows updates, and perform periodic backups of important data. If you plan heavy gaming or intensive workloads, consider a cooling pad and monitoring tools to track CPU and GPU temperatures.
