LEAN TOYS groentesnijset met plank en mes, educatief accessoire voor kinderen

Kids love to imitate adults in the kitchen, and this wooden vegetable chopping set from LEAN TOYS turns that curiosity into hands-on learning. Unlike plastic play food that simply snaps apart, each vegetable here is held together with Velcro, so the wooden knife actually 'cuts' through with a satisfying crunch. The set includes a cutting board, a child-safe wooden knife, and six familiar vegetables—carrot, tomato, cucumber, onion, mushroom, and bell pepper—each splitting into two halves. It's a complete pretend kitchen experience that encourages fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and healthy eating habits through role play.

Highlights

• FSC® 100%-certified wood for responsible sourcing
• Velcro fasteners create realistic cutting action
• Includes cutting board, wooden knife, and 6 vegetables (14 pieces total)
• Child-safe paints and lacquers in bright, multi-coloured finish
• No assembly or batteries required—ready to play out of the box
• CE and EN 71 certified for safety

In daily use

Children aged 3 and up will love preparing 'meals' for family and friends. The wooden knife is blunt and easy to grip, making it safe for small hands. The Velcro joins are sturdy enough to withstand repeated cutting, and the pieces can be reassembled endlessly. The cutting board provides a stable surface, and all items fit neatly back into the retail box for storage. Whether playing alone or with siblings, this set promotes social skills and imaginative storytelling.
