Legpuzzel Ravensburger Hans en Grietje van Dean Macadam – 1000 stukjes, Ravensburger 12000415

This Ravensburger 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle reproduces Dean Macadam’s illustration of the Hansel and Gretel fairy tale. Created for adults and older children, the puzzle presents a richly detailed scene with vivid colours and fine line work. Pieces are die-cut from high-quality cardboard with a precise interlocking fit to minimise gaps and enhance stability during assembly. The finished image forms a durable poster-size artwork suitable for display or repeated reassembly.

Advantages

The puzzle uses premium-grade cardboard and a linen-structure finish that reduces glare and makes individual pieces easier to pick up. Precision cutting ensures consistent piece shapes and snug joins, improving the assembly experience and long-term durability. With 1000 pieces, the set offers a rewarding level of challenge without requiring specialised tools or accessories. Packaging includes an image of the completed artwork for reference during assembly.

• Material: high-quality die-cut cardboard with linen finish
• Recommended age: adults and older children

How to use

Open the box and spread out the pieces on a flat, well-lit surface. Use the reference image on the box to identify edge pieces and prominent visual areas, then sort pieces by colour, pattern and shape as needed. Assemble the border first to define the working area, then work on distinctive sections of the illustration, joining pieces gradually until the image is complete. Handle pieces gently and avoid bending. If you wish to preserve the finished puzzle, use a flat board or puzzle mat to move it and consider a suitable adhesive or framing solution for permanent display.

Recommendations

Choose a clean, level workspace with sufficient room for the full puzzle and sorted pieces. Maintain moderate lighting to reduce eye strain and rotate short breaks during extended sessions. Keep pieces away from liquids and direct sunlight, and store the set in its original box for future reassembly.
