Lijmstift Staples UHU 40 g — vaste lijmstift voor papier en karton

Staples UHU 40 g is a solid glue stick formulated for bonding paper, cardboard and lightweight craft materials. The twist-up format delivers a clean, smear-free application and allows controlled spreading for everyday office, school and home tasks. The adhesive sets quickly to form temporary or permanent joins on porous surfaces without soaking through most papers.

Advantages

The solid formulation provides neat, residue-free application and reduces risk of warping or oversaturation compared with liquid glues. The twist-up design protects the adhesive when not in use and enables precise control over the amount applied. Fast tack ensures quick handling and positioning of glued pieces, while the non-stringing texture makes it suitable for scrapbooking and other paper crafts.

Suitable for

• Paper bonding in offices, schools and at home
• Cardstock and light-weight cardboard joins
• Scrapbooking and paper craft projects
• Temporary mounting of printed materials and labels

Key specifications

• Form: solid stick (twist-up)
• Net weight: 40 g
• Primary substrates: paper, cardboard, light craft materials
• Application: smear-free, easy spreading
• Drying behaviour: quick tack for fast handling
• Finish: clear when dry

How to use

Remove the cap and twist the base to raise a small portion of the adhesive. Apply evenly across one of the surfaces to be joined, using light pressure to spread the stick if necessary. Press the two surfaces together and hold briefly for the initial bond to form; allow additional time for full strength on thicker or more absorbent materials. After use, twist the adhesive back down and replace the cap to maintain product condition.

Recommendations

For best results, use on clean, dry surfaces and avoid over-application to prevent wrinkling of thin papers. Test on a scrap piece when working with coated or glossy papers. Store upright at room temperature and keep the cap closed to maintain performance.
