Mammut Crater Light HS Hooded Jacket dames GORE-TEX Paclite Plus lavandin maat S

Where most hardshells force a choice between durable weather protection and featherweight packability, the Mammut Crater Light HS Hooded Jacket for women delivers both in a 2.5-layer GORE-TEX Paclite Plus package. Built for alpine pursuits where every gram counts, this jacket shrugs off rain, snow, and wind while keeping pack weight minimal. The athletic cut moves with you on steep approaches, and the helmet-compatible hood ensures full coverage when conditions turn. Fully taped seams and water-repellent zippers seal out moisture, while the PFC-free DWR treatment reflects a commitment to sustainability. From exposed ridgelines to forest downpours, this jacket is your lightweight shield.

Highlights

• GORE-TEX Paclite Plus 2.5-layer membrane: 28,000 mm waterproof rating and RET < 9 breathability
• Extremely lightweight and packable — ideal for mountaineering, hiking, and trekking
• Adjustable, helmet-compatible hood with reinforced brim for storm protection
• Water-repellent YKK Aquaguard zippers on front and two side pockets

In daily use

On the trail, the Crater Light HS feels almost weightless, yet it stands up to sustained rain and gusty winds. The 100% polyester face fabric resists abrasion from pack straps, while the ePTFE membrane breathes efficiently during high-output climbs. The hood adjusts easily over a climbing helmet, and the high collar protects your neck from spindrift. Zippered side pockets sit above a harness for easy access, and the hem cinches to seal out drafts.
