Mammut Ducan III High GORE-TEX dameswandelschoenen zwart

Where most hiking boots force a compromise between featherweight agility and rugged mountain support, the Mammut Ducan III High GORE-TEX carves its own path. Built on a women's-specific last and armed with Mammut's Flextron technology, this boot delivers a spring-loaded stride that turns steep ascents into rhythm, not punishment. The high-cut collar and GORE-TEX lining form a weatherproof fortress, while the Vibram Flextron II outsole bites into everything from wet rock to loose scree. It's a boot for hikers who want to move fast without leaving protection behind.

Highlights

• Waterproof GORE-TEX membrane keeps feet dry in rain, mud, and stream crossings
• Vibram Flextron II outsole with adaptive lugs for confident grip on mixed terrain
• Mammut Flextron Technology stores and releases energy for a dynamic, cushioned stride
• Mammut Georganic 3D Technology follows the foot's natural anatomy for all-day comfort
• Sustainable construction: PFC-free DWR and recycled materials reduce environmental impact
• Women's-specific last and high-cut design provide tailored support and ankle stability

In daily use

From forest switchbacks to rocky ridgelines, the Ducan III High adapts without hesitation. The lacing system locks the heel in place, preventing blisters on long descents, while the flexible midsole encourages a natural gait. The GORE-TEX lining breathes during hard climbs, so feet stay cool and dry. The 10 mm heel drop and anatomically shaped footbed reduce fatigue, making this boot equally at home on a day hike or a multi-day trek. No insulation means it's a three-season workhorse, ready for spring mud and autumn frost.
