• Connecting set-top boxes or media players to audio equipment

Key specifications

• Length: 1 m
• Connectors: TOSLINK male — both ends
• Colour: Black

How to use

Align each TOSLINK connector with the optical input or output port on your devices and insert gently until it clicks or seats firmly. Ensure both devices are powered appropriately and set the audio output format on the source device to a compatible digital output (for example PCM or Dolby Digital) if required by your equipment.

Recommendations

Avoid bending the cable sharply or placing heavy objects on it; maintain a gentle radius in cable runs and keep the connector ends free of dust. If audio is not detected, check device settings and confirm connectors are fully inserted.
