Netwerk-bridge/repeater Hikvision DS-3WF1000-EI-2N, 2,4 GHz single-band, 300 Mbit/s, 2x Fast Ethernet, interne 2x2-antennes

Hikvision DS-3WF1000-EI-2N is a 2.4 GHz single-band network bridge and repeater that supports Wi‑Fi 4 (802.11n) and provides up to 300 Mbps WLAN throughput. The device integrates internal 2x2 MIMO antennas with up to 7 dBi gain and two Fast Ethernet (10/100) RJ-45 ports. It can operate in wired or wireless connectivity mode and is designed for long-distance wireless links up to 1000 m, enabling point-to-point or point-to-multipoint extension for outdoor and indoor bridging where 2.4 GHz coverage and Fast Ethernet backhaul are required.

Advantages

The product delivers stable 2.4 GHz wireless coverage with a maximum raw throughput of 300 Mbps using 802.11n technology and 2x2 MIMO. Built-in internal antennas simplify installation and reduce the need for external antenna mounts. Dual Fast Ethernet ports provide a reliable wired interface for cameras, switches or other network devices. The unit supports both bridge and repeater modes, allowing flexible deployment as a dedicated point-to-point link or as part of a multipoint wireless backbone.

Suitable for

• Extending network links between buildings or sites up to 1000 m
• Wireless video surveillance backhaul for IP cameras and NVR systems
• Point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connectivity in industrial and transport environments
• Rural Wi‑Fi coverage and carrier wireless backbone construction

How to use

Mount the unit in a location with clear line of sight toward the remote endpoint for best long-distance performance. Connect power and use one of the Fast Ethernet ports to attach a camera, switch or local network device if required. Access the device web interface or management tool to configure wireless mode (bridge or repeater), SSID, channel and security settings. Perform alignment and link tests using the visualized topology management functions if available to verify signal strength and throughput.

Recommendations

Install at an elevated position with minimal obstructions and select a clean 2.4 GHz channel to reduce interference. For reliable multi-channel HD video transmission, ensure line-of-sight where possible and monitor link quality; use wired backhaul for local aggregation when additional bandwidth is required.
