Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik K8100MA.30 RJ-45 Cat6 30 m magenta

The EFB Elektronik K8100MA.30 is a 30 metre Cat6 U/UTP networking cable with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. Designed for structured cabling and device connections, this magenta cable supports data transfer rates up to 5000 Mbit/s and is suitable for Ethernet networks requiring Cat6 performance. Its vivid colour helps with cable identification and visual organisation in both office and home network installations.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable offers U/UTP construction for reduced external interference in typical office and home environments and gold-plated RJ-45 contacts for improved corrosion resistance and reliable signal transmission. The 30 m length provides extended reach without additional patching, and the magenta sheath makes runs easy to trace among other cables. Compatible with devices and switches that use standard RJ-45 ports, the cable is aimed at straightforward installation and consistent performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, printers and networked devices to switches or routers
• Patch panel to wall outlet connections in small to medium office wiring
• Home network setups where a longer run and easy cable identification are needed
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations where a visible cable colour is preferred

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Cat6
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall sheath)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 30 m
• Colour: Magenta
• Maximum data rate: up to 5000 Mbit/s (application dependent)

How to use

Route the cable between network ports, ensuring that bends are gentle and the cable is not pinched. Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding port until it clicks. For best results, use the cable within standard Cat6 environments and avoid prolonged exposure to sources of electrical interference or extreme mechanical stress. If terminating or re-terminating, use appropriate tools and verify pinout and continuity with a network tester.

Recommendations

Place the magenta cable where visual identification reduces troubleshooting time; when running multiple cables, label both ends and avoid tight bundles with power cabling to maintain signal integrity. For critical links, test throughput after installation and consider shorter runs or shielded alternatives if the environment shows significant interference.
