Onderbouwafzuigkap Bosch Serie 2 DEM63AC00, aluminiumfilter, geluidsniveau: E

The Bosch Serie 2 DEM63AC00 is a semi built-in (pull-out) cooker hood designed for integration into kitchen cabinets while providing a maximum extraction power of 360 m³/h. Finished in silver with aluminium grease filtration and LED illumination, this model supports both ducted and recirculating extraction modes. Controls are simple push-buttons and the unit is sized to fit a 599 mm width opening, with a compact depth of 271 mm and height of 402 mm. Energy efficiency class D and an annual energy consumption of 66 kWh are declared for typical household use.

Advantages

The Bosch DEM63AC00 combines a compact semi built-in design with practical features for everyday kitchen ventilation. The aluminium grease filter is washable and durable, reducing maintenance frequency compared with disposable filters. Built-in LED lighting provides energy-efficient task illumination using 6 W bulbs. The option to operate in either ducted or recirculating mode offers installation flexibility where external venting is limited. Button controls deliver straightforward operation and adjustment of extraction settings.

Suitable for

• Small to medium domestic kitchens where partial cabinet integration is preferred
• Homes requiring flexible installation: ducted or recirculating extraction
• Cooking areas needing compact extraction under a cabinet with pull-out access
• Users who prefer washable aluminium grease filters and LED task lighting

How to use

Install the Bosch Serie 2 DEM63AC00 into a compatible cabinet opening with a width of approximately 599 mm, observing the manufacturer’s clearance and ducting instructions for either ducted or recirculating operation. Use the push-button controls to select the required extraction level and switch the LED lighting on or off as needed. For recirculating mode, ensure carbon filters (if required) are fitted according to installation guidance. Regularly clean the aluminium grease filter by removing it and washing with warm soapy water or in a dishwasher if permitted; allow the filter to dry completely before refitting.

Recommendations

To maintain nominal extraction performance and reduce noise, clean the aluminium grease filter at regular intervals depending on cooking frequency — typically every 4–8 weeks for average household use. When using recirculating mode, replace any active carbon filters according to their replacement interval. Position the cooker hob and hood following clearance recommendations in the installation manual to ensure effective ventilation and safe operation.
