Paddle Shifter Ascher Racing Gen6 GT Single 76080043 — stuurwielpeddel voor racesimulators

The Ascher Racing Gen6 GT Single paddle shifter is a compact, wheel-mounted mechanical input designed for racing simulator steering wheels. This single paddle unit provides a direct tactile control for gear shifts or other configurable inputs and is intended for simulator setups that accept external paddle modules. The design focuses on a small footprint and straightforward mounting to preserve steering wheel ergonomics while adding a reliable, physical actuator for shifting actions.

Advantages

The paddle delivers a crisp mechanical click and repeatable actuation, helping ensure consistent input recognition during intense driving sessions. Its compact size reduces interference with hand placement on the wheel and simplifies installation on wheels that provide space for external modules. The unit is suited to both hobbyist sim racers and professional rigs that require an unobtrusive, wheel-mounted shifting control.

Suitable for

• Home and dedicated sim racing setups that accept external paddle modules
• Users needing a single, wheel-mounted mechanical shifter for gear changes
• Professional simulator rigs that require compact, reliable input devices
• Sim racers looking to add a tactile shift lever without replacing the entire wheel

Key specifications

• Form factor: single paddle, wheel-mounted
• Actuation: mechanical switch with tactile feedback
• Mounting: designed for attachment to compatible steering wheels or wheel rims
• Dimensions: compact footprint suitable for tight wheel layouts
• Intended use: gear shifting or configurable control input in racing simulators

How to use

Mount the paddle to a compatible steering wheel location where it does not obstruct normal hand positions. Secure the unit according to the wheel manufacturer’s instructions or using the supplied mounting hardware, and connect it to the wheel’s external module input or wiring harness if required. Configure the paddle as a shift up/down or other input in your simulator software or wheel firmware, then test actuation and adjust placement for comfortable reach and consistent engagement.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, place the paddle where it can be reached without changing grip significantly, and verify wiring and software mapping before a session. Regularly check mounting screws and switch actuation for wear if used in frequent or competitive environments.
