PC-behuizing Kolink Observatory Y AMD SE ARGB midi tower zwart, transparant

The Kolink Observatory Y AMD SE ARGB Midi Tower in black with transparent tempered glass panels is a mid-ATX case designed to showcase hardware while offering flexible cooling and installation options. The chassis supports ATX, Micro ATX, ITX and E-ATX motherboards and provides space for multiple storage drives. Pre-installed ARGB/PWM fans and a tempered glass side panel with AMD branding make this model suitable for builders who want a visible, well-cooled system with straightforward access and cable routing. Exterior dimensions are approximately 231mm (W) x 471mm (D) x 488mm (H).

Advantages

The Observatory Y AMD SE combines tempered glass aesthetics with practical accessibility: a hinged tempered glass side panel with a magnetic latch allows easy interior access while keeping a clean look. Pre-installed ARGB/PWM fans provide immediate airflow and addressable RGB lighting; PWM control enables automatic speed adjustment for quieter operation under light loads and increased cooling under heavy loads. The steel frame and mixed-material construction deliver structural stability while supporting a wide range of cooling configurations and hardware sizes.

Suitable for

• Gaming PC builds with AMD-themed appearance
• Custom air- or water-cooling configurations including 360mm radiators
• Systems requiring multiple storage drives (2.5" and 3.5")
• Builders who want visible RGB lighting and easy case access

How to use

Install the power supply in the dedicated PSU chamber and mount the motherboard on the standoffs provided. Fit storage drives into the removable drive cage or the 2.5" mounts behind the motherboard tray. Install graphics cards either horizontally or vertically if using a compatible vertical GPU mount kit. Connect the pre-installed ARGB/PWM fans to the motherboard or to the case controller, and connect front-panel USB, audio and power/reset/RGB control cables to the corresponding motherboard headers. Use the hinged tempered glass side panel to access components during assembly and maintenance.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow, use the three front fans as intake and the rear fan as exhaust. When installing large radiators or multiple fans on the top, verify clearance for tall CPU coolers and long GPUs before finalizing component placement. Route cables through the 27mm cable management area and use the built-in Velcro straps to maintain tidy airflow paths. Refer to component clearances for PSU length and GPU height during planning.
