Puzzel Ravensburger 17447 — 919 stukjes, 640 mm breedte, aanbevolen leeftijd 14+

Ravensburger 17447 — 919 pieces, 640 mm width, recommended age 14+ is a medium-large jigsaw puzzle from Ravensburger intended for hobbyists and collectors. The set contains 919 precision-cut pieces that assemble to a finished image 640 mm wide on 2 mm thick cardboard. Designed for leisure and concentration, the puzzle offers a detailed multicolour illustration and a construction experience suitable for users aged 14 and above.

Advantages

The puzzle uses Ravensburger quality board with precise interlocking pieces that lay flat and resist wear during assembly. The 919-piece count provides a balanced challenge: more demanding than small puzzles but manageable in a limited time frame. The finished size and sturdy 2 mm board make the assembled image stable for display or temporary mounting. Multicolour printing captures fine details of the illustration, improving piece recognition and assembly flow.

How to use

Open the box and spread the pieces face up on a flat working surface with adequate lighting. Sort pieces by edge, colour and distinctive patterns to simplify assembly. Begin with the border to create the frame, then proceed by grouping and joining similar motifs. Work in sections and periodically check the overall image on the box cover to confirm orientation and detail placement. Once completed, handle the assembled puzzle on a rigid base if you plan to move or display it.

Recommendations

For prolonged projects, store sorted pieces in labeled containers to protect them from dust and loss. Use a non-slip mat beneath the work surface to prevent accidental sliding. If you plan to preserve the finished puzzle, use a puzzle glue or place it in a frame designed for 2 mm board thickness following the glue manufacturer's instructions.
