Rekuitbreiding AWTools 1043244 — duurzame staalconstructie voor het opbergen van werkkleding

Rack extension AWTools 1043244 — durable steel construction for workwear storage is an accessory designed to increase the capacity and functionality of existing storage racks. The extension is made of steel to provide stable support for additional shelving or hanging solutions for workwear and safety clothing. It integrates with workshop, garage, warehouse, or locker-room systems to create a more organised and accessible storage layout without replacing the primary rack.

Advantages

The steel construction offers high load-bearing capacity and long service life under regular use. Its design enables straightforward attachment to compatible rack systems, reducing installation time and the need for specialised tools. By creating extra horizontal or vertical space, the extension improves storage density and makes access to workwear and protective garments easier while maintaining a compact footprint.

Suitable for

• Workshops and maintenance bays for storing uniforms and protective gear
• Garages and vehicle service areas where additional hanging or shelving is needed
• Warehouses and logistic zones requiring flexible storage expansion
• Changing rooms and staff areas to organise workwear and safety clothing

Key specifications

• Material: steel construction for strength and durability
• Function: extension module to increase shelving or hanging capacity
• Intended use: reinforcement and expansion of existing rack systems
• Typical environments: workshop, garage, warehouse, locker room

How to use

Mount the rack extension to a compatible rack frame following the rack manufacturer's mechanical connection points. Ensure the primary rack is level and securely anchored before attaching the extension. After fixing the extension, verify alignment and tighten fastenings according to recommended torque values. Install additional shelves, rails, or hangers on the extension as required for storing workwear and safety clothing, and distribute load evenly to avoid overloading any single support point.

Recommendations

Inspect attachment points periodically and retighten fastenings if necessary. Avoid exceeding the load-bearing limits of the primary rack and the extension; distribute heavier items across multiple supports. Use corrosion-resistant finish or local protective measures in humid or chemically active environments to prolong service life.
