Report file ESSELTE 28321 — A4 polypropyleen (PP) wit, 310×226 mm

ESSELTE Report File 28321 is an A4 polypropylene (PP) report cover in white with external dimensions of 310 × 226 mm. Designed to hold A4 documents, the cover provides a lightweight, moisture-resistant enclosure for single reports, presentations, invoices and archived papers. The smooth polypropylene surface is easy to clean and resists creasing, while the size allows standard A4 sheets to fit comfortably without folding.

Advantages

The polypropylene material offers tear resistance and protection from moisture and dust while remaining lightweight for everyday handling. Its white colour provides a neutral, professional appearance suitable for business and home use. The slightly larger external dimensions ensure that A4 documents slide in and out easily and are kept flat during transport or storage.

How to use

Slide A4 papers into the report cover so that the shorter edge of the sheet aligns with the cover opening; ensure sheets are flat inside before closing or stacking. Use the cover as a single-document protector or combine multiple covers in a file box for organised storage. Clean the surface with a damp cloth if necessary and avoid exposure to direct heat to maintain material integrity.

Recommendations

For long-term archive storage, place the report file in a dry, temperature-stable environment and avoid stacking heavy items on top. When transporting, secure the cover inside a briefcase or document wallet to prevent sliding and bending of contents.
