Ringband ESSELTE 4x25 mm, A4 PP wit, 25 mm ringen

ESSELTE ring binder in A4 format features a white polypropylene (PP) cover and four 25 mm rings designed to store punched A4 sheets, documents and reports. The binder’s 25 mm ring diameter provides capacity for a moderate volume of pages while the PP cover offers resistance to surface wear and moisture. Its slim profile and neutral colour make it suitable for consistent filing and easy identification among other office supplies.

Advantages

The polypropylene cover is durable, lightweight and moisture-resistant, protecting documents from spills and frequent handling. The four-ring mechanism with 25 mm diameter ensures secure alignment and even distribution of pages to prevent sagging. Simple spine and cover design allow for easy labeling and neat shelf storage. The binder is compatible with standard A4 punched paper and common office filing systems.

How to use

Open the binder rings using the mechanism on the spine or inside the cover, insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings and close the mechanism until it snaps into place. For optimal organisation, group documents by subject or date and label the spine or cover before filing. Do not overload the rings beyond the 25 mm capacity to avoid stress on the mechanism and uneven closing.

Recommendations

Store the binder upright on a shelf to maintain shape and avoid exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity for prolonged periods. Use reinforced punched pockets or dividers for frequently accessed documents to reduce wear on holes and rings.
