Rittal SZ 4127.210 deurpositieschakelaar met zwenkhendel voor TS-kasten met zwenkframe, groot

Monitoring door status in industrial enclosures is critical for safety and automation, but many switches require drilling or complex adaptation. The Rittal SZ 4127.210 door position switch solves this by offering a toggle lever design that mounts without drilling, making it ideal for TS enclosures with large swivel frames. It reliably signals door open/closed status, ensuring proper operation of cooling, lighting, or security systems.

Who is it for

This switch is intended for panel builders, system integrators, and maintenance personnel working with Rittal TS 8 or VX25 enclosures that have integrated large swivel frames. It is especially useful in applications where door status must be monitored for safety interlocks, alarm systems, or automated equipment control, and where drilling for mounting is undesirable or impossible.

Main features

• Toggle lever actuation: The lever is operated by the door tube frame of sheet steel doors, or via the included adapter for viewing doors.
• No-drill mounting: Can be fixed without drilling, simplifying installation and preserving enclosure integrity.
• Changeover contact: 1 NO + 1 NC contact configuration allows flexible integration into control circuits.
• Robust design: Plastic housing with metal lever, rated IP20, suitable for indoor industrial environments.
• Wide compatibility: Designed for Rittal TS 8 and VX25 enclosures with large swivel frames.
• Certified: UL, cUL, VDE, and CCC approvals ensure compliance with international standards.
