ROTHENBERGER ROCAM MINI HD inspectiecamera-module ROLOC PLUS CAS, camerakop Ø25 mm, 18 m

The ROTHENBERGER ROCAM MINI HD module with ROLOC PLUS CAS camera head is a professional-grade inspection camera component built for demanding pipe and duct diagnostics. Unlike all-in-one endoscopes that force compromises in image quality or cable length, this modular head pairs a 25 mm diameter camera with an 18 m push cable, delivering sharp HD imaging deep inside systems where access is limited. The ROLOC PLUS CAS connection ensures a secure, tool-free attachment to compatible ROCAM base units, making it a practical upgrade for service technicians who already rely on the ROCAM platform.

Highlights

• HD camera head with 25 mm diameter for clear visual inspection in pipes from DN 40
• 18 m flexible push cable with calibrated length markings for precise positioning
• ROLOC PLUS CAS quick-connect interface for fast module changes on site
• Integrated high-intensity LED illumination for bright, shadow-free images
• Robust, waterproof camera housing suitable for wet and dirty environments

In daily use

On a typical drain inspection job, the ROCAM MINI HD module proves its worth within minutes. The 25 mm head navigates bends and junctions smoothly, while the stiff yet flexible cable transmits enough push force to reach blockages far from the access point. The HD sensor reveals hairline cracks, root intrusion, and scale buildup that lower-resolution cameras miss. Because the module is separate from the display unit, you can keep a spare head on the van and swap it in seconds if one becomes damaged or contaminated. The ROLOC PLUS CAS connector locks positively, so there is no risk of the camera detaching inside a pipe.
