RUKO FRS-A 12,0 mm cilindrische dubbel getande hardmetalen rotatiefrees

Metalworkers and machinists rely on the RUKO FRS-A 12.0mm cylindrical double cut rotary burr for precise deburring, chamfering, and weld preparation on steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. Its 12 mm head diameter and 25 mm length of cut make it a versatile choice for die grinders and rotary tools in workshops and production environments.

Key specifications

• Head shape: Cylindrical (Shape A)
• Cut type: Double cut (cross cut)
• Head diameter: 12.0 mm
• Length of cut: 25 mm
• Shank diameter: 6 mm
• Overall length: 65 mm
• Material: Tungsten carbide
• Max rotational speed: 20,000 RPM

Why choose it

The double cut tooth geometry produces fine chips and a smooth finish, while the solid tungsten carbide construction delivers long tool life even in tough materials. The cylindrical shape is ideal for contouring flat surfaces and internal bores.

Ideal use cases

• Deburring machined edges
• Chamfering holes and profiles
• Weld preparation and cleanup
• Surface finishing on steel and cast iron

Good to know

For best results, use with a die grinder or rotary tool capable of up to 20,000 RPM. The uncoated carbide surface provides reliable cutting performance across a range of materials.
