Tips

To maximize comfort, adjust the sternum strap so the vest sits high on your chest without restricting breathing. Distribute weight evenly by placing heavier items close to your back. For runs longer than two hours, consider adding a 1.5L bladder in the dedicated sleeve. After use, rinse the soft flasks and allow the vest to air dry away from direct sunlight.
