For optimal performance, pair these shoes with moisture-wicking socks to keep feet dry on long runs. Allow the shoes to air dry after wet conditions and avoid direct heat to preserve the upper and midsole integrity. Rotate with a second pair for multi-day training blocks to extend shoe life.
