Schroef InLine S-77783 6 mm 1000 stuks

InLine S-77783 screws are metal fasteners designed for sheet metal and electronics mounting. Each screw is 6 mm long and supplied in a pack of 1000 pieces in a silver finish, providing a large quantity for repeated assembly and repair tasks involving 3.5" hard disks and similar components.

Advantages

These screws are manufactured from durable metal for consistent strength and corrosion resistance appropriate for internal enclosures. The 6 mm length is suitable for securing 3.5" hard disks and other thin-sheet assemblies, while the bulk pack of 1000 pieces reduces the need for frequent reordering. The silver finish offers a neutral appearance that fits most drive bays and chassis.

How to use

Select the correct pilot holes or drive threads for 6 mm screws and align the 3.5" hard disk or component with the mounting points. Use an appropriate screwdriver or powered driver bit that matches the screw head type (verify head type before use). Insert screws straight and tighten to a firm, but not excessive, torque to avoid deforming the drive chassis or striping threads.

Recommendations

For best results, keep spare screws in a labelled container and match screw length with the combined thickness of the drive and mounting bracket. When installing hard disks, follow manufacturer torque specifications and grounding precautions to prevent electrostatic damage.
