Schuuraccessoire Bosch 2 608 900 040 1 stuk breedte 32 mm diepte 99 mm

EXPERT Sanding Finger for Long Life Sanding Tight Gaps — a sanding accessory by Bosch designed to reach and sand narrow, hard-to-access spaces such as decking joints, window shutters and stair gaps. The thin, pointed blade with high-quality carbide grit fits into small crevices and removes material efficiently. Two grit options are available: RT4 (coarse, grit 40) for rapid material and paint removal with reduced clogging, and RT10 (fine, grit 100) for sanding and preparing clean wood surfaces.

Advantages

The Bosch EXPERT Sanding Finger combines a slim profile and durable carbide grit to access tight gaps that are difficult with standard sanding tools. Its coarse RT4 removes paint and bulk material quickly while resisting clogging, and the finer RT10 produces smoother finishes on wood. The design is compatible with standard Bosch sanding systems and is built for extended use in repetitive or precision sanding tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding narrow joints in decking and outdoor woodwork
• Sanding between slats of window shutters and louvers
• Refurbishing old stair treads and risers with tight gaps
• Detail sanding in furniture and cabinetry where access is limited

How to use

Attach the EXPERT Sanding Finger to a compatible Bosch sanding tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Select the RT4 grit for aggressive material or paint removal and RT10 for finishing on clean wood. Guide the pointed blade into the gap and move it along the surface with steady, controlled passes until the desired level of sanding is achieved. Inspect the work periodically and change the accessory when the abrasive becomes worn.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask. For best results on painted surfaces, test on a small area first to confirm the correct grit. Replace the sanding finger when performance decreases or the abrasive is visibly worn.
