Schuurgaas Bosch Expert M480 50 stuks

The Bosch EXPERT M480 Sanding Net is a pack of 50 sanding nets designed for efficient sanding on wood, paint and drywall surfaces. The open net structure supports dust extraction and maintains abrasive performance for longer, helping to keep the work area cleaner while achieving consistent sanding results. This product uses Bosch Particle Control technology aimed at reducing airborne dust during sanding tasks.

Advantages

The net-style abrasive resists clogging and allows continuous dust extraction, extending the life of the abrasive and improving sanding consistency. The pack of 50 ensures extended use and quick replacement when needed. Compatibility with standard sanding tools and the Particle Control design reduces dust levels compared with conventional abrasive sheets.

Suitable for

• Sanding wood surfaces (furniture, doors, frames)
• Removing old paint and preparing painted surfaces
• Sanding drywall and plaster before finishing

How to use

Attach the sanding net to a compatible sanding pad or tool according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Use the sanding net with a dust-extraction or vacuum system where possible to maximise the Particle Control effect. Apply steady, even pressure and move the tool along the surface in overlapping passes until the desired finish is achieved. Replace the net when abrasive effectiveness decreases.

Recommendations

For best dust reduction, connect a vacuum or dust-extraction system to your sander and use the nets on low to medium pressure settings. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as a dust mask and eye protection when sanding. Store packs in a dry place away from direct humidity to preserve abrasive performance.
