Schuurschijf Bosch Ø125 mm, model 2608902429, 1 stuk

Sanding disc Bosch Ø125 mm is a single replacement abrasive designed for 125 mm orbital and random-orbit sanders. The disc delivers consistent sanding performance for surface preparation tasks such as smoothing wood, removing old coatings, and leveling small imperfections before painting or varnishing. Supplied as one piece, it is suitable for both occasional DIY work and professional maintenance where a compact, easy-to-replace abrasive is required.

Advantages

The Bosch sanding disc offers uniform grit distribution for even material removal and a reliable fit to standard 125 mm backing pads. Its abrasive coating balances cutting efficiency and surface finish, helping to reduce clogging and extend useful life under typical woodworking and paint-stripping conditions. The single-piece packaging allows precise inventory control and minimal waste when only occasional replacement is needed.

Suitable for

• Smoothing and shaping wooden surfaces
• Removing paint, varnish, or lacquer from small areas
• Preparing surfaces before priming, painting, or staining
• Light metal deburring and rust removal (with appropriate grit)
• General workshop and home repair tasks requiring a 125 mm disc

Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Compatibility: designed for use with 125 mm sanding pads and orbital/random-orbit sanders
• Pack quantity: 1 piece
• Intended materials: wood, painted surfaces, some metals (depends on chosen grit)
• Abrasion type: coated abrasive for surface sanding and preparation

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to a compatible 125 mm backing pad following the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure fastening before operation. Begin sanding with light pressure and move the tool evenly across the surface to avoid gouging. For best results, select an appropriate grit matched to the task: coarser grits for material removal and finer grits for final smoothing. Change the disc when cutting becomes inefficient or the abrasive surface is clogged or worn.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask, and hearing protection. Operate the sander at recommended speeds and allow periodic breaks to inspect the disc and workpiece; replace the disc if it shows excessive wear or damage to maintain safety and consistent results.
